ABOUT ME

Ashleigh Antoun is a NLP Master Practitioner, Master Hypnotist, Life Coach, EFT Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner and Reiki Practitioner.
My passion is to empower and work with today’s youth. I have a strong sporting background having played cricket for over ten years in both male and female competitions at Club, Rep, Grade and Emerging Blues levels. With a strong focus on empowering and motivating people to be the best they can be, I then went on to coach a local girl’s cricket team for 2 years.

My mission is to help you be free of the baggage and limiting beliefs of your past and help you to recognise the power that is within you, therefore enabling you to achieve your goals more easily.
