Hi and welcome to my new site, it’s bigger and better. There are lots of new and exciting things planned. Empowering and life changing workshops continue to be held both nationally and internationally, and I now offer a lovely range of products to inspire, nurture, educate and empower. Lovely gift ideas for you, your friends and your family.
I’m excited to announce the start of The Spiritual Cinema and Meditation Group. This is an opportunity to join like minded people on the first Wednesday of every month in Baulkham Hills Sydney for inspirational movies that matter. Our evening starts with a meditation/hypnosis facilitated by myself, followed by a movie that matters then tea/coffee and a chat. The entry fee is only $15 with all profits going to continue supporting and expanding our Tibetan family. We already sponsor 3 kindergarten children, as well as one 8 year old boy and another boy and girl both aged 12 who you’ll hear a lot more about as time goes on. All correspondence from the children will be posted on the site and also sent out via email.
Also available is my book titled Back on Track written to help bring awareness and guidance to your life’s journey. At this stage there are 2 guided meditations and e books are soon to come. Of course I’m still running workshops and available for personal sessions of the CTC.

I have supplied a very brief description of their properties and for further information I highly recommend purchasing a copy of A kaleidoscope of Crystals which is also available on this site. This book covers gemstones in great depth. A special thank you to Angela Daczko for sharing with us her beautiful handmade jewelry, the pieces are unique and this jewelry is not available anywhere else in Australia, a few of the necklaces in particular are a one off.
I first came across the Plaques at The Rocks Markets and knew I had to have them. I have 7 of them on the wall in my kitchen surrounding the clock. They inspire me and make me feel good so I wanted to share these with you too. You can play around with them and create new sets that inspire you. It’s also possible to pick any background you like and let me know what wording you would like and it can be made up especially for you.
