The truth is, my life until I woke up was a bombardment of challenges, all of which I am extraordinarily grateful for…now.
As a child seeing the world of spirit while others didn’t was tough.
As a teenager I was locked in a car, tied up with a seatbelt, and raped, and then ten days later I was attacked on a train by a man who had every intention of making sure that I was dead by the end of the day.
My first marriage ended in divorce.
I’ve had five miscarriages, two of which were in the second trimester, relationship breakdowns, serious illnesses, two of which were said to be incurable, loss of a business, a near-death experience, been witness to the horrific fatal accident of a friend, and massive financial losses, just to name a few.
Each time I got up, dusted myself off, and moved on. I learned that nothing happens to you; it happens for you.
